Delivery Time:  Most orders ship within 52 hours from when your order was placed.

Shipping:

Surprise Arrivals uses UPS Ground shipping for All Gift Baskets. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable. ***Please note at this time we only ship within the Continental United States.*** If you desire to ship out side of the Continental United States, PLEASE contact us via Email prior to placing your order. We are working on providing this service but have no time line for completion at this time.

For delivery to hospitals, please include recipient's room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. We recommend you consider having the gift shipped to the recipient's home address. For patients in critical care, floral arrangements, fruit baskets may not be permissible. Telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies, should you select to ship to a hospital address. Please be advised that Valmarich, LLC dba SurpriseArrivals.com assumes no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced at the hospital, failure of hospital staff to deliver gift to patient’s room, gift arriving after discharge.
