Return Policy:

We strive to provide you with unique quality gift baskets and gifts. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gift and shopping experience. We do reserve the right to make substitutions if necessary due to seasonal or product changes. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind.  If your purchase arrives damage please email us within 5 days of receipt of your gift to customerservice@surprisearrivals.com for authorization on a return.  Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Be sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
Your name, phone number, and email address.
Order number, Recipient Name, Name on the Credit Card purchasing the gift.
Detailed description of issue

We will accept authorized returns within 20 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic with anything you order from SurpriseArrivals.com

Shipping & Handling: All returns must be sent to us prepaid, ALL Shipping and Handling charges are an expense paid to a third party and are NON-Refundable

If your item is returned because UPS could not deliver due to a bad address supplied by the customer you will have the option to reship the gift to a new address or cancel the order. UPS charges a return fee that will not be credited back to you. If you opt to reship the gift you will be liable for reshipping fees to the new address and any charges incurred by UPS.
