Although the Father’s Day idea was started back in 1908, it did not become an official holiday till 1972 and set as the third Sunday in June. Honey’s Greek Spinach & Cheese Casserole

3 beaten eggs

6 tbs flour

10 oz frozen chopped Spinach thawed and drained

2 cups Cottage Cheese(large curd)

2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Feta Cheese

Dash of salt

Beat eggs & flour till smooth, mix in remaining ingredients.

Pour into well greased 2 qt casserole

Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour

Let stand before serving, makes 6 servings, Great Side Dish
