Easter Breakfast for Four!

Peel and chop 10 Easter eggs(set aside)

Make a white sauce or buy 2 pkg Hollandaise sauce

White sauce: ½ C butter melt in sauce pan

Add enough flour to make a roux

Add milk (2 C.) stir until thickens

Add pepper and salt to taste

Add eggs to ½ of sauce

Use ready made store bought crepes, on each one

Add 2 tbsp of egg mixture and rollup

Place rolled crepes in buttered casserole dish

Pour Remaining white sauce over crepes and cover with cheddar cheese or your favorite melting cheese.

Bake at 350 till all is hot and bubbly.
